The Ornamented Being

I’ve discussed this photo before but I’ll still post the same explanation. The title of this is Mr. Worth’s dressing room. But judging by the clothing which looks about 1909ish one can assume Mr. Worth at this time would be Jean-Philippe Worth since Charles has already passed away (1895).

After digging I found that this photo was actually taken in 1910 so I was a year(ish) off in my initial assessment. Which now means Mr. Worth could refer to Jean-Philippe or his nephew, Jean-Charles who took over around 1910.

Guess we’ll never know!

The only title to this piece was Mr. Worth’s dressing room. Judging by the clothing which looks about 1909ish I would assume Mr. Worth at this time would be Jean-Philippe Worth since Charles passed away in 1895.

Edit: Oh! I found the date! This was taken in 1910.
